Tenant find only - A one off service aimed at purely finding a tenant for your property and setting them up on an assured shorthold tenancy, please note that the landlord takes responsibility for the tenant there after, includes.
Agree rental and deposit required with landlord
Draw up an assured shorthold tenancy Complete a detailed inventory and property report on your property
Collect first months rent and deposit from the tenant, release keys and a copy of the inventory to your new tenant.

Full Management Services - Orchard Group's full management service enables the landlord to sit back and relax and experince a service of excellence.

Market the property with a To Let board, in our branches, on our website, the local press, on
www.rightmove.co.uk and
- Process applications and select the best candidate for the property
- Draw up an assured shorthold tenancy
Complete a detailed inventory and property maintenance report on your property
Collect first months rent and deposit from the tenant,register the tenants deposit in the Tenant Deposit Scheme and retain rents in our protected client account
Release keys and a copy of the inventory to your new tenant
Provide landlord with copies of the assured shorthold tenancy and inventory
Advise tenants on rent collection procedures

Alternatively you can nominate a contractor of your choice and Orchard will disperse their invoice for you.
