We gave the space a fresh new look by refurbishing it with brand new flooring, while also preserving some existing areas to maintain the original vibe of the space. Light and mechanical works were seamlessly integrated throughout, along with the installation of small power units to accommodate the extensive desking required for the new tenants.

One of the standout features of this project was the transformation of the front-of-house client area, where we installed a sleek new bar and a cutting-edge golf simulator. Working closely with our client, we ensured that the essence of their previous office was preserved while upgrading it with modern amenities and stylish touches.
