Orchard has successfully completed another impressive CAT A+ fit-out at Fetter Lane in 13 weeks. Building on the tremendous success of our project on the 5th floor, we have now transformed the 5,554sqft 4th floor with equally amazing results. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship are evident throughout the space, and we are proud to deliver another exceptional environment that meets the highest standards.

As you step onto the floor, you are immediately greeted by a stunning entrance and waiting area. The thoughtful use of lighting enhances the space, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The carefully selected furniture pieces exude quality and style, seamlessly integrating with the overall design. The finishing touches, including a deep blue rug, a softly painted feature wall, and an excellent selection of plants and artwork, contribute to a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. Each element has been meticulously chosen to elevate the aesthetic and comfort of the area, making it a perfect blend of functionality and elegance.

Taking a short walk down the hallway, you encounter the newly installed meeting rooms. This space is beautifully defined by high-quality crittall glass partitions, complemented by reeded privacy panels that offer both transparency and discretion. The meeting room is furnished with stunning chairs and a table that exude a sense of luxury and professionalism, enhancing the overall high-quality feel of the space. Additionally, the slatted walls add a sophisticated architectural element, contributing both visual interest and acoustic benefits to the room.

If you fancy having an informal meeting or catching up with a colleague, then check out the banquette seating area. This space effortlessly combines a professional atmosphere with a relaxed vibe, making it perfect for both casual discussions and collaborative sessions. Finally, as you walk into the teapoint area, you'll be captivated by the stunning reed green kitchen, featuring elegant brass fixtures, including a sophisticated tap and sink. The kitchen island incorporates the same slatted design elements used in other areas on this floor, ensuring a cohesive and stylish look. Adjacent to the kitchen, we've added a comfortable low seating area, perfect for casual conversations or a moment of relaxation.

This end of the floor also boasts a fantastic addition: private booths. These booths maintain the same aesthetic as the meeting rooms, featuring reed privacy glass that offers a blend of transparency and seclusion. To enhance both functionality and design, we've incorporated acoustic wall shapes that not only improve sound quality but also add vibrant pops of color to the space. This thoughtful integration of elements results in a teapoint area that is not only visually appealing but also highly functional and inviting.
