Re-roofing Progress: The re-roofing of all four large warehouse units is well underway using high-quality compositae materials, significantly improving the energy efficiency and durability of the buildings.

Compositae Cladding Installation: The installation of new compositae cladding has commenced, transforming the external appearance of the warehouses and ensuring long-term protection from the elements.

Demolition and Strip-out: We have successfully completed the demolition and strip-out of selected areas, clearing the way for further structural upgrades and refurbishments.

Unit Subdivision: Work has begun on subdividing the three large units into twelve smaller, more functional spaces. Each unit will be equipped with updated utility infrastructure, including water, power, and telecom connections.

Groundworks and Yard Repairs: Our team is making significant progress with groundworks, trenching, and concrete yard repairs to enhance the overall foundation and external surfaces of the site.

Steel-Framed Office/WC Blocks: The installation of the new steel-framed office and WC blocks in each unit is on schedule, providing the groundwork for the interior fit-out.

Mechanical and Electrical Installations: The mechanical and electrical teams are laying the groundwork for full installations, ensuring these units are equipped with modern infrastructure to meet tenant needs.

Decorations: Early-stage planning for the interior and exterior decorations is in place, ensuring a polished and professional finish for each unit upon completion.
