Our scope of work includes:

Wall Cladding – A thorough cleaning and preparation of the external wall cladding, followed by the application of two coats of a high-quality remedial coating system, such as SteelSeal by Akzo Nobel, to enhance durability and appearance.

Loading Door Repairs – Addressing any issues with the loading doors to ensure they’re fully functional and secure.

Interior Demolition – Carefully demolishing and removing all blockwork walls and structures from the center of the warehouse to create an open, optimized space.

Complete Decoration – Fresh decoration throughout the entire unit to give it a clean, modern finish.

New Flooring – Installing new flooring in both the warehouse and office spaces to provide a professional, updated look.

Mechanical & Electrical Repairs – Conducting essential mechanical and electrical repair work to ensure everything is operating smoothly.
