Exciting news from Birmingham! Our latest project has kicked off at Unit 2, Hamms Hall, covering a vast area of 160,712 ft². Our scope of work includes the removal and replacement of roof sheets to ensure a 25-year material coating guarantee, along with the installation of HD Sharman plygene liners for the same guarantee duration. Internally, we're undertaking a complete stripout with full replacements of mechanical and electrical systems.

Additionally, we're repairing all dock loaders and roller doors, addressing yard and warehouse floor repairs, and enhancing aesthetics with comprehensive decorations. Moreover, we're executing a full stripout and upgrade of all WC's and core areas. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project!
