We are pleased to announce the commencement of a new project in Swanley. The scope of work includes the following:

Removal of the Old Asbestos Cement Roof Sheets:

• Compliance with Regulations: The removal process will adhere strictly to the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

• Guidelines and Documentation: For detailed procedures, please refer to the A14 Asbestos Essentials Guidelines and the EM5 Wetting Asbestos Materials documentation.

Supply and Installation of New Materials:

• Insulated Roof Panels: We will be installing Kingspan 115mm insulated roof panels designed to achieve a U-value of 0.18 W/m²K, ensuring excellent thermal performance.

• Rooflights: Triple skin rooflights will be added to provide 15% natural daylight, enhancing the building's interior environment.

• Gutters and Rainwater Pipes: The project will feature 0.7mm Highline/Trimline plastisol-coated gutters and rainwater pipes, offering durability and effective water management.
