After the triumphant accomplishment of Unit 15 at Tattersall Way in Chelmsford, we are thrilled to announce the seamless completion of its neighbouring counterpart, Unit 14. Encompassing an impressive 6,504 square feet, this project reached its fruition in a commendable 10-week timeframe. The scope of our endeavours extended beyond the confines of the building, encompassing comprehensive external enhancements such as roofing renovations and the installation of a state-of-the-art Charging Point within the car park.

Internally, our dedicated team executed a thorough transformation, commencing with a full strip-out to lay the groundwork for a revitalised space. Mechanical upgrades were seamlessly integrated to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. The aesthetic overhaul included the infusion of new decor throughout the premises, breathing fresh life into the environment.
