Unit 6 & 7 Dormer Trading Park, Leyton

We are delighted to share the successful completion of a standout project at units 6 & 7 Dormer Trading Park, Leyton, covering an expansive 18,521 sq.ft.

The scope of this transformative project was extensive, with a meticulous focus on enhancing both the exterior and interior aspects of the space. External improvements included strategic cladding, roofing enhancements, precise roller shutter installations, and comprehensive upgrades to flooring. Windows and doors received a refreshing makeover, breathing new life into the structural aesthetics.

Venturing inside, the space was elevated with the introduction of a modern and efficient kitchen, providing both a functional and aesthetic focal point. Simultaneously, the WC facilities underwent a modernisation process, aligning with contemporary standards of comfort and hygiene.

One of the standout features of this project is the thoughtful integration of energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the entire space. This not only enhances the overall ambiance but also contributes to a sustainable and eco-friendly environment, reducing energy consumption and operational costs.

Taking sustainability a step further, a notable initiative involved the replacement of gas with new electric heating and a boiler. This strategic shift aligns seamlessly with our commitment to achieving an impressive Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating. This move not only promotes environmental responsibility but also positions the project as a beacon of innovation within the industry.

The successful completion of this comprehensive project stands as a testament to our team's commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability. The blend of aesthetic enhancements, functional upgrades, and eco-conscious choices reflects our dedication to creating spaces that not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of modern living. As we celebrate another job well done, we look forward to more opportunities to bring transformative visions to life and make a lasting impact in the realm of design and construction.
