This ambitious development encompasses Units 7-17, covering a total area of 11,640 square feet. The project focused on modernizing the units to enhance both their functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Rooflight Replacement
The existing rooflights were completely removed and replaced with new fire-resistant, translucent GRP rooflights. These were carefully designed to match the existing roof sheets, ensuring seamless integration while improving both safety and natural lighting.Cladding Redecoration
A comprehensive redecoration of the cladding across all elevations was undertaken. This involved detailed surface preparation and painting, giving the units a fresh, modern appearance in line with today’s industrial standards.Roller Shutter Door Refurbishment
All roller shutter doors were meticulously prepared and redecorated. This refurbishment enhances both the visual appeal and functionality of the doors, extending their operational lifespan.LED Lighting Installation
To improve security and visibility, Dextra 250w external LED lights were installed above each pedestrian door. These energy-efficient lights ensure a brighter, safer environment around the units.Roof Edge Treatment
To prevent corrosion and ensure the long-term durability of the roofing, all roof sheet edges were treated with the HD Sharman Seamsil 100 Cut Edge Corrosion System, a state-of-the-art solution that protects the integrity of the roof.Internal Refurbishment
Seven of the units underwent complete internal refurbishment, including the installation of new lighting, updated WC facilities, and concrete floor repairs. The floors were epoxy-painted, and the units received full interior redecoration to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment. New aluminum windows, doors, and roller doors were also installed, all while ensuring minimal disruption to existing tenants.
