Setting up New Projects: Millie will spearhead the setup of new projects on our brand-new contract management system, ensuring a seamless transition into our innovative workflow.

Document Management: She'll meticulously handle the uploading of core legal documents, such as executed JCT’s/terms and conditions, into our project management system, ensuring compliance and organisation.

Project File Integrity: Millie will ensure that project job files are meticulously curated, containing all necessary documentation and resources for smooth project execution.

Supporting Contracts Managers: With her keen eye for detail, Millie will assist Contracts Managers in maintaining the flawless operation of our sites, fostering client satisfaction and project success.

Procurement Expertise: She'll be responsible for raising and checking purchase orders, ensuring that all essential attachments are in place and facilitating the procurement process seamlessly.

Supply Management: Millie will also handle the ordering of small supplies for site items, ensuring that our teams have the resources they need to excel.
