Unit B, New Hythe is a 245,799 sq ft state-of-the-art warehouse delivered over a nine-month programme in collaboration with Colliers. Built to BREEAM Excellent standards, the scheme demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability, including the application of a high-performance roof coating system and the successful diversion of mains power to ensure full operational readiness. Despite challenges such as undertaking roof works alongside floor finishes and coordinating phased handovers within occupied areas, the project was completed on time through careful planning, collaboration, and strong teamwork.
