Orchard Build Limited delivered a three floor office CAT A refurbishment project for my client at 50 Pall Mall. The space was refurbished by Orchard to a high specification within a limited programme. The property was also partly occupied and Orchard were flexible and considerate of this, which led to a smooth delivery. The project has been successful in bringing the refurbished space back to market and securing new tenant’s for my client. I look forward to working with Orchards again in the future
