The project at Unit B6, J31 Park in West Thurrock has been successfully concluded within a 10-week timeframe. Encompassing an area of 12,916 square feet, this design and build initiative involved various external enhancements, such as a new roller shutter, and the incorporation of a modern parking charging point.

Internal improvements comprised The cladding, a key element of the unit's exterior was given a refreshing makeover. New flooring, mechanical upgrades, and an extensive revamp with fresh decoration. The project also introduced a new kitchen, upgraded WCs, along with a modern lighting and fire alarm system. Despite an early episode of vandalism that led to an expanded scope of work, the project was still delivered on schedule.
