The scope of external improvements encompassed a range of tasks, including the meticulous redecoration of steel bollards and steelwork flanking the entrance gates, as well as the meticulous preparation and lining of roof side gutters with Plygene by H D Sharman. Measures were also taken to address cut-edge corrosion on the roof, utilising Seamsil 100 by H D Sharman. The cladding received a thorough cleaning, revitalising its appearance. EV charging points have been fitted, adding a sustainable touch to the development. Within the office space, damaged suspended ceiling tiles were promptly replaced, while existing carpets were removed and replaced with high-quality Forbo Tessera Teviot carpet tiles. Similarly, existing vinyl flooring was replaced with Forbo Surestep Original, ensuring both durability and aesthetics. Every surface received meticulous preparation and redecoration, breathing new life into the surroundings. Notably, the warehouse floor underwent comprehensive treatment, including degreasing and blasting, in preparation for the application of a fresh coat of paint, ensuring a pristine finish throughout the space.
