To kick off the new year with style, we’re proud to announce the completion of an impressive CAT B fit-out project in Hammersmith. Spanning an impressive 15,156 square feet across two floors, this ambitious eight-week project showcased exceptional collaboration and craftsmanship.
Key Highlights of the Project:
Complete Strip-Out: Both floors underwent a full strip-out to pave the way for a fresh and modern transformation.
Exposed Ceiling Design: Ceiling tiles were removed to reveal the existing exposed ceiling, which was expertly sprayed to create a sleek, industrial aesthetic.
Flooring Elegance: Avenue Flooring installed Burmatex and Forbo flooring, introducing a soft, light feel that perfectly complements the overall design.
Partitions with Style: Solid and glass partitions, fitted by South East Walls & Ceilings, seamlessly divided the space while maintaining an open, airy atmosphere.
Enhanced Acoustics: The addition of stunning slatted and cork walls not only elevates the design but also provides excellent acoustic performance.
Lighting Solutions: With open-plan spaces dominating both floors, lighting was a critical element. The team at Focus Electrical delivered an exceptional installation, ensuring the spaces are both functional and inviting.
Rustic Teapoint Areas: New teapoint facilities were created on both floors, featuring oak finishes and stainless-steel worktops for a rustic yet refined touch.
Impactful Décor: Markwell Peck applied bold wall and ceiling décor, using strong colours to make a statement while beautifully contrasting with the softer flooring.
Modern Furniture: The selection of contemporary furniture, along with meeting and phone booths, ensures the space is both stylish and highly functional.
