After the successful completion of Units L, M, N, P, we are delighted to announce the culmination of the entire project at Global Park. This comprehensive endeavour encompassed the development of Units A, B, C, G, E, as well as the substantial Units 12-13. Spanning a duration of 20 weeks and scaling an impressive 135.969 SqFt, this project stands as a testament to our dedication and expertise.
External renovations involved meticulous demolition work and the installation of new cladding across all units, lending a strikingly modern aesthetic to the premises. Additionally, we executed a complete overhaul of the roofing system, incorporating new rollers for enhanced functionality. Groundworks were diligently undertaken to optimize the site's infrastructure.
Internally, significant improvements were implemented, including the installation of new flooring and upgraded mechanical systems. Comprehensive electrical enhancements, such as small power distribution and the installation of a new office partitioning system, were seamlessly integrated. The addition of fully equipped kitchens and sanitary facilities further elevated the functionality and comfort of the premises. A state-of-the-art lighting and fire alarm system was meticulously installed to ensure optimal safety standards.
Despite the challenges encountered, such as the intricate task of carving out larger yard space for delivery logistics by reconfiguring existing warehouse units, our team successfully navigated each obstacle with precision. This endeavor facilitated the subdivision of Unit L into four smaller units, necessitating the installation of four new power supplies to accommodate the reconfiguration.
Notably, Units 12-13 presented unique challenges due to their proximity to an active railway line. However, our team executed the roofing and cladding installation with utmost care and precision, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding operations.
Units A, B, C, G, and E were seamlessly occupied throughout the renovation process. Our team skillfully conducted over-roofing and cladding installations, accompanied by interior decorations, with tenants remaining in place, showcasing our commitment to minimizing disruptions while delivering exceptional results.
