Orchard Construct Begins Major Infrastructure Works at Barton Park Industrial Estate, Eastleigh

Orchard Construct has commenced a significant infrastructure improvement project at Barton Park Industrial Estate, Eastleigh, covering an area of more than 105,000 sq ft.

The project will involve a comprehensive programme of external works designed to upgrade the estate’s infrastructure, improve access, and provide a more durable and efficient environment for occupiers and visitors.

The scope of works includes the breaking out of existing surfaces, removal and replacement of all surface water and foul drainage systems, renewal of kerbing throughout the estate, installation of new reinforced concrete estate roads, and the erection of new palisade fencing.

With a focus on quality, durability, and long-term performance, Orchard Construct’s experienced team will deliver these improvements while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment throughout the construction period.
