Our team has just successfully wrapped up work at, Handley Page Way, covering an impressive 7,876 ft². Collaborating closely with our client Picton, we delivered outstanding results. The project encompassed a wide range of upgrades, including refreshing the cladding and roller shutters, and enhancing the roofing with new PV solar panels to boost sustainability. We also added a new charging point to the car park, contributing to our eco-friendly initiatives.

Inside the unit, we undertook a complete strip-out and carried out significant mechanical and small power upgrades. We installed new flooring and completed a high-quality CAT A office fit-out. Additionally, we installed a new small kitchen and WC, further enhancing the functionality and comfort of the space. Despite the extensive scope of work, we successfully completed the project within 8 weeks, encountering no difficulties along the way.
