This week, Orchard has embarked on an exciting new project at Kierbeck Business Park in Basildon, covering a vast area of 184,999 sqft. This is a significant undertaking with a variety of tasks, including:

Complete re-roofing of four large warehouse units with composite materials.
Installing new composite cladding.
Demolition and strip-out.
Subdividing the three units into twelve smaller units, each equipped with new water, power, and telecom supplies.
Conducting groundworks, trenching, and concrete yard repairs.
Installing new steel-framed office/WC blocks in each unit.
