Orchard Construct Begins Major Infrastructure Works at Barton Park Industrial Estate, Eastleigh

New Project Underway: Leacon Road, Ashford

Orchard Construct is pleased to announce works are underway on a major new project at Leacon Road, Ashford, covering an area of 204,732 sq ft.

The project involves a comprehensive package of external works and infrastructure, including the installation of approximately 10,500m² of new concrete surfacing, alongside a 1,500m³ attenuation tank to support effective surface water management.

The drainage package will incorporate an ACO Qmax drainage system, a full retention separator, pumping station and rising main, providing essential infrastructure to support the development.

Additional works include the construction of a new site entrance off Leacon Road, together with fencing and landscaping to complete the external environment.

With a significant scope of concrete, drainage and associated external works, this project demonstrates Orchard Construct’s capabilities in delivering complex infrastructure packages to support large-scale developments.
