Key Achievements:

  1. Roof Replacement with 25-Year Guarantee
    We removed and replaced the roof sheets, providing a robust 25-year material coating guarantee, along with the installation of HD Sharman plygene liners for added durability, both covered for the same guarantee period.

  2. Internal Stripout and Full M&E Overhaul
    Internally, we completed a full stripout, followed by the replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the facility operates with cutting-edge efficiency and safety.

  3. Dock Loaders, Roller Doors, and Flooring Repairs
    Essential repairs were made to all dock loaders and roller doors, restoring them to peak functionality. The yard and warehouse floors were also repaired, enhancing the overall safety and usability of the space.

  4. New CAT A Office Space and Aesthetic Improvements
    We delivered a brand-new CAT A office space, creating a modern, flexible environment for future occupants. The building’s aesthetics have been transformed with comprehensive decorations, giving it a fresh and professional look.

  5. EV Charging Points
    To support sustainability, we installed new EV charging points, helping the facility meet modern environmental standards.

  6. WC and Core Area Upgrades
    All WC facilities and core areas were fully stripped out and upgraded, improving both functionality and comfort for all future users.
