This impressive 2,500 square feet space, spanning across two floors, now stands as a shining example of a CAT A+ office fitout, meticulously executed by our team. Our journey towards excellence began with the introduction of entirely new flooring throughout the premises, setting the stage for a workspace that is not only visually stunning but also exceptionally functional.
Our commitment to innovation and modernity is further exemplified by the installation of a state-of-the-art lighting system that not only illuminates the area efficiently but also adds a touch of sophistication to the environment. In a bid to create a workplace that caters to the needs of all, we've incorporated new WCs, complete with a shower and DDA-compliant toilet facilities, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all occupants.
One of the standout features of this revamped space is the eye-catching marine blue kitchen area, which serves as a vibrant hub for relaxation and refreshment. Thoughtfully designed workstations offer a comfortable and productive work environment, while the new meeting room, enclosed by striking crittall glass partitioning, provides a dynamic space for collaboration and brainstorming sessions.
