Unit 8, Veridion Way, Erith
A new commercial refurbishment project has commenced at Unit 8, Veridion Way, Erith, where an 8,310 sq ft unit is undergoing a full-scale internal and external upgrade.
The project begins with a complete strip-out and demolition, returning the property to its original shell. From there, extensive improvements will be carried out, including the installation of new rooflights and roof cladding, along with the respraying of all external cladding and window frames to enhance kerb appeal.
Internally, the unit will benefit from full redecoration throughout, complemented by the installation of new lighting across the warehouse, offices, lobby, and WCs. The WC areas will also undergo remedial works and refurbishment, improving both functionality and presentation.
Further works include the installation of a new ceiling grid and upgraded floor finishes within the lobby and office spaces, along with repairs to the surrounding pavement to improve site accessibility. In addition, new panel heaters will be fitted to the lobby and toilet areas for improved heating efficiency.
Finally, the existing warehouse floor will be thoroughly cleaned, polished, and sealed, providing a durable and professional finish.
