Over the last 12 weeks, We have transformed this industrial space into a modern space with all the requirements that businesses need. This project involved a comprehensive overhaul, encompassing not only the exterior but also the interior of the building. From new cladding and roller shutters to complete office area refurbishment and warehouse floor rejuvenation, this article delves into the journey of renovation that has breathed new life into the warehouse.
Exterior Revamp: Cladding and Roller Shutters
The first phase of this refurbishment involved the exterior of the unit. Outdated and weathered cladding was replaced with sleek, modern materials. This enhanced the unit's aesthetic appeal and improved its structural integrity, ensuring longevity and weather resistance.
Simultaneously, new roller shutters were installed. These shutters enhance security and provide ease of access for loading and unloading. The combination of fresh cladding and roller shutters gave the unit a contemporary facelift while significantly improving functionality.
Revitalising the Office Area
The office area at the front of the building received a complete CAT A refurbishment. This transformation aimed to create a vibrant and productive workspace. The refurbishment included:

Warehouse Floor Transformation
In the warehouse section, a remarkable transformation occurred as well. The floor, which had seen its fair share of wear and tear, was given a complete overhaul. The floor refurbishment included:
