We are delighted to announce the successful completion of a remarkable project at Unit L, M, N, P in Global Park, Colchester. Covering an impressive 10,988 sqft, this complex endeavour required meticulous attention to detail and a dedicated team effort. The project, completed in just 13 weeks, involved a comprehensive range of external and internal works.

External enhancements comprised a comprehensive array of transformative measures aimed at enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of Global Park. The meticulous execution of this phase involved the skillful installation of cutting-edge cladding, providing not only a modern facade but also bolstering the building's resilience to external elements. The roofing system received a thorough upgrade, ensuring not only a visually appealing finish but also reinforcing the structure's durability and weather resistance.

The transformation continued internally with a CAT A fitout, flooring installation, mechanical works, small power setup, and an aesthetic overhaul with comprehensive decoration. Additionally, the project featured the creation of new partitions, modernised WCs, and the implementation of a cutting-edge lighting and fire alarm system.
