Over the course of the past 12 weeks, our dedicated team has poured their collective energy into an extensive Design & Build venture in Chelmsford, shaping a remarkable space that spans an impressive 7135 sq. ft. The project's external dimensions reflect our unwavering commitment to environmental consciousness, prominently highlighted by the introduction of state-of-the-art solar panels. Beyond ecological considerations, we've taken deliberate steps to enhance functionality, incorporating elements such as cladding, roofing solutions, and the integration of Car Park Charging Points, marking a progressive approach to modern infrastructure. To further optimise the spatial experience, practical solutions like roller shutters have been seamlessly integrated.

Venturing inside, our focus has centred on transformative upgrades, creating an environment that goes beyond the ordinary. From the ground up, we've introduced new flooring that not only elevates the aesthetic appeal but also ensures durability and longevity. Mechanical enhancements have been strategically woven into the fabric of the project to optimise performance, while the installation of a contemporary kitchen and upgraded WC facilities strikes a balance between form and function. The commitment to safety is paramount, exemplified by the introduction of a new lighting system and a cutting-edge fire alarm system, providing not only visual enhancements but also a heightened sense of security within the enclosed space.
