Orchard is thrilled to announce the commencement of a new project at the Tottenham Langhedge Lane Industrial Estate. This significant endeavour encompasses Units 7-17, spanning a total of 11,640 square feet. The project aims to modernise and enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the units, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Rooflight Replacement

The project will involve the complete removal of existing rooflights, which will be replaced with new fire-resistant translucent GRP rooflights. These new rooflights are designed to match the existing roof sheets, ensuring a seamless integration that enhances both safety and natural lighting within the units.

Cladding Redecoration

A comprehensive redecoration of all cladding across every elevation of the units will be performed. This process involves meticulous preparation and painting, providing the buildings with a fresh, updated appearance that aligns with modern standards.

Roller Shutter Doors

All existing roller shutter doors will be prepared and redecorated. This refurbishment will not only improve the visual appeal of the doors but also extend their lifespan and functionality.

LED Lighting Installation

To enhance security and visibility around the units, Dextra 250w external LED lights will be installed above each pedestrian door. These energy-efficient lights will contribute to a safer and more well-lit environment.

Roof Edge Treatment

In a bid to prevent corrosion and extend the durability of the roofing, all roofing sheet edges will be treated with HD Sharman Seamsil 100 Cut Edge Corrosion System. This advanced treatment is essential for maintaining the integrity of the roof over the long term.

Internal Refurbishment of Units 12-13

Units 12-13 will undergo a complete internal refurbishment. This includes updates to the decor, mechanical and electrical systems, and the installation of modern LED lighting. The refurbishment aims to create a more functional and aesthetically pleasing interior space.
