Roofing Progress: Units 1-11, Ashford

Roofing work is currently in progress at Units 1-11, St Johns, Ashford. As part of this project, we are addressing various key aspects to ensure long-term durability and protection. The roof is receiving a comprehensive cut edge corrosion treatment, which will prevent further deterioration of metal sheet edges caused by environmental exposure. In addition, a 25-year high-performance coating system is being applied across the entire roof area, offering enhanced weatherproofing and protection against the elements.

To further safeguard the building, we are installing a 25-year Plygene liner system to all gutters. This advanced liner will effectively prevent leaks and water ingress, ensuring efficient drainage and minimizing the risk of future damage. Overall, these solutions are designed to provide long-lasting performance, extending the lifespan of the roofing and gutter systems.
