Units C & D, Sandfield Industrial Estate

We are delighted to announce that construction work is now officially underway at Units C & D, located within the Sandfield Industrial Estate in Hampton. This exciting project spans a total area of 10,843 square feet and marks a significant step forward in our continued commitment to enhancing the functionality and appeal of our facilities.

The scope of the work is comprehensive and includes the full demolition of selected internal structures to make way for a more modern and efficient layout. As part of the upgrade, we are installing state-of-the-art lighting systems designed to improve energy efficiency and create a brighter, more productive environment.

In addition to lighting, significant enhancements are being made to the mechanical and electrical infrastructure to ensure the buildings meet current standards and future needs. A full redecoration is also in progress throughout the units, giving the interiors a refreshed and professional look.

Externally, the buildings will benefit from a range of upgrades intended to boost curb appeal and long-term durability. These improvements include updated facades, improved access points, and modernised finishes.

Furthermore, the restrooms and kitchen areas are being fully renovated to provide clean, comfortable, and contemporary amenities for all future occupants.
