We are pleased to announce the successful award of a new commercial fit-out project at Urban Logistics in Tottenham, covering Units 2, 5 and 6 and totalling approximately 23,655 sqft.

The scheme will deliver high-quality first floor office accommodation across all three units, maintaining consistency with existing CAT A standards across the estate. Works will commence with strip-out and make-good operations, preparing each space for a comprehensive fit-out.

The project scope includes the installation of new partitions, suspended ceilings, and bespoke carpentry elements, alongside full internal redecoration. Floor finishes will comprise raised access flooring and carpet tiles throughout, with dedicated tea point areas finished with tiled flooring and splashbacks.

A significant element of the project is the mechanical and electrical package, which will include the installation of new split-system air conditioning, heat recovery ventilation, and energy-efficient LED lighting with intelligent controls. Fire alarm systems will be extended to serve the new office areas, alongside upgrades to small power and associated infrastructure.

New tea point facilities will also be delivered within each unit, complete with cabinetry, worktops, plumbing connections, and integrated finishes, providing modern and functional breakout spaces.

This project further strengthens our presence within the industrial and logistics sector, and we look forward to delivering a high-quality, efficient workspace aligned with the client’s expectations and programme requirements.

Works are due to commence shortly, with delivery planned in line with the overall estate development programme.
