Grosvenor Place is the perfect example of a CAT A+ success story! The space had been available for almost 3 years when Orchard were appointed the contract. Works included building meeting rooms, creating a reception area, adding a teapoint and installing datapoints. Decorative works included installing new flooring, all furniture and planting.
