We have recently completed the CAT A+ refurbishment to the 5th floor of this building in Appold Street. Works included the strip out and delaps before the CAT A+ finishes could be made. These included adding a tea point with surrounding breakout area, installing a series of boardrooms and meeting rooms as well as adding open desk planning. The reception area is a particular focus point as is the breakout area which includes privacy seating. As well as the above, new power and data was installed throughout, new floor finishes added and WC’s were refurbished.
