Orchard have been involved in the CAT A refit of many of the floors in this iconic building in East Croydon, however, the 7th floor is our first CAT A+ refurb. With the floor already having undergone a CAT A, we were tasked with adding 2 meeting rooms, a teapoint, desking, a breakout area and supplying all furniture. We also installed new flooring and new lighting.
