Orchard were appointed as the Main Contractor on this 7 floor building based in the heart of Holborn. Structural works included adding a glass roof extension as well as a rear steel frame extension with terraces to the rear of the building.
The entire building was refurbished to a CAT A specification – to include raised access floors, full M&E installation throughout, 3 new lift shafts, a new building entrance and reception area. Basement works included cycle storage and shower rooms.
