Unit 5 Windmill Business Park

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest project at Unit 5 Windmill Business Park in Sunbury. In just 8 weeks our team has transformed this 2,500 square feet space across two floors into a cutting-edge CAT A+ office fitout.

The space now boasts brand new flooring throughout, a state-of-the-art lighting installation, and modernised WCs featuring a shower and DDA-compliant toilet facilities. The addition of a vibrant marine blue kitchen area, thoughtfully designed workstations, and a new meeting room enclosed by striking crittall glass partitioning has elevated the workspace's aesthetics and functionality.

We've also integrated new mechanical systems for optimal performance and included two phone booths for enhanced privacy. This project is a testament to our commitment to quality and efficiency.
