Following the successful completion of Units L, M, N, P, we are delighted to announce the culmination of the entire project at Global Park. This comprehensive endeavor encompassed the development of Units A, B, C, G, E, as well as the substantial Units 12-13, spanning 20 weeks and scaling an impressive 135.969 SqFt—a true testament to our dedication and expertise.

External renovations included meticulous demolition work and new cladding installation, while internally, significant upgrades such as new flooring and upgraded mechanical systems were seamlessly integrated. Despite challenges like reconfiguring warehouse units for larger yard space, our team navigated each obstacle with precision. Notably, Units 12-13, adjacent to a live railway line, were handled with utmost care, ensuring minimal disruption. Throughout, tenants remained in place, underscoring our commitment to seamless project execution.
