After the successful finalisation of Unit 15 at Tattersall Way in Chelmsford, we are pleased to announce the completion of its adjacent counterpart, Unit 14. Covering an area of 6,504 square feet, this project was accomplished in a remarkable 10-week timeframe. External improvements involved roofing enhancements and the installation of a cutting-edge Charging Point within the car park. Internally, our efforts encompassed a complete strip-out, mechanical upgrades, a refreshing new decor, and the implementation of a modern lighting and fire alarm system.
