Over the course of 18 weeks, Orchard has completed a refurb on this unit in Christchurch. this included stripping back an old asbestos roof and replacing it with a new roof and roof lights, new windows, roller shutters and cladding. Internally we completed a full M&E upgrade, including new plumbing and lighting. Redecorations and floor coverings were installed throughout.
