This 10-week industrial refurb project included roof repair work (including adding skylights), external cladding and spraying, and new roller doors and window repairs. Internally, the unit was stripped out and underwent M&E upgrades, warehouse floor grinding and painting, and office and WC upgrades with new ceilings, lighting, power and floor finishes. We have now handed over – on time and within budget – to a pleased client!
