We successfully completed the refurbishment of a 69,387 sq ft industrial facility at Stakehill Industrial Estate in Middleton, delivering a comprehensive top-to-bottom transformation. Working alongside Woodfellows LLP, the project included roof upgrades, cladding repairs, fresh external coatings, yard improvements and internal refurbishment works, all focused on enhancing the building’s appearance, functionality and overall quality.
