Over the past 12 weeks, our team has dedicated their efforts to a comprehensive Design & Build project in Chelmsford, spanning an impressive 7135 sq. ft. The external aspects of the project showcase a commitment to sustainability with the installation of new solar panels, while also enhancing functionality through features such as cladding, roofing, and the integration of Car Park Charging Points. Additionally, we've implemented practical solutions like roller shutters to further optimise the space.

On the interior, our focus has been on transformative upgrades, encompassing new flooring, mechanical enhancements, a modern kitchen, and WC facilities. The integration of a new lighting system and the new fire alarm system ensures not only aesthetic improvements but also a heightened level of safety within the space.
