Orchard celebrates the successful completion of a challenging project in Aylesford, Kent, marks a significant milestone. This ambitious undertaking took 16 months to reach fruition, resulting in the transformation of 10 units spanning a colossal 50,000 sq ft. The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive design and build project, with external improvements such as cladding, roofing, roller shutters, canopies, and essential groundwork. The project also showcased a forward-thinking touch by introducing electric car charging points in the newly revamped car park.

Inside the units, a complete strip-out paved the way for a fresh start, featuring new flooring, modern kitchen installations, and upgraded WC facilities. Moreover, the entire space now benefits from enhanced illumination and advanced fire alarm systems, making it a truly remarkable and functional facility.
