Working in collaboration with Black Cat, we successfully completed the refurbishment of Units A & B at Elstree Trade Park, Borehamwood (18,744 ft²), following the successful delivery of Unit E. The project involved a comprehensive programme of external, internal, and M&E refurbishment works, transforming the units into modern, high-quality commercial space ready for occupation. Through careful planning, coordination, and a focus on quality delivery, the project has achieved a significant improvement to the buildings’ appearance, functionality, and overall performance, showcasing the value of a successful team-led approach.
