Over the past 12 weeks we have fully refurbished this unit our works included new cladding and roller shutters, a full CAT A refurb of the office area to the front of the building. In the warehouse section, the floor has been completely refurbished with a newly painted finish as seen in the pictures below. The works also included a complete overhaul of the lighting and fire alarm systems throughout.
