1 Hammersmith Broadway, 5th Floor

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the latest phase of works at 1 Hammersmith Broadway.

Delivered in partnership with Frameworks, this project comprised a Cat B fit out of the 5th floor, covering 7,500 sq ft. The works were completed on programme within just nine weeks, transforming the space into a high-quality, modern workplace.

Key enhancements include:
- New flooring throughout
- Upgraded lighting systems
- Mechanical and small power improvements
- Fresh décor and new partitions
- A brand-new, modern shower facility

This Cat B fit out follows the successful refurbishment of the reception and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, further reinforcing our commitment to delivering future-ready office environments that combine functionality with an elevated occupier experience.
