We’re proud to showcase the successful completion of our latest CAT B office renovation at 30 King Street, where we transformed 2,800 sq.ft of workspace into a modern, creative environment for our client, Snap Dragon.

Designed to support collaboration, flexibility and day-to-day productivity, this project delivers a bright and contemporary workplace tailored to the needs of a growing creative team. The fit-out combines open-plan workstations with thoughtfully integrated breakout areas, bespoke storage solutions, biophilic planting, and a clean, modern kitchenette, creating a space that is both functional and inspiring.

Every element was carefully considered to maximise the available floor space while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. From high-quality finishes and custom joinery to enhanced natural light and ergonomic layouts, the result is a workplace that reflects our client's vision and supports the way they work.
