Units A&B Elstree Trade Park
The refurbishment of Units A & B (18,744 ft²) at Elstree Trade Park, Borehamwood has now been successfully completed, delivered in collaboration with Black Cat.
Following the successful refurbishment of Unit E, the latest phase of works included a comprehensive programme of external, internal, and M&E refurbishment, transforming the units into high-quality commercial space ready for future occupation.
The completed project reflects the strong collaboration between all parties involved and demonstrates a continued commitment to delivering high-quality refurbishment projects. The before-and-after images highlight the significant transformation achieved throughout the works.
