3rd & 4th CAT A

Following last week's new project announcement on the 5th floor, we now bring you the CAT A project at Fetter Lane on both the 3rd and 4th floors. In a span of just 9 weeks the project entailed the removal of existing partitions, paving the way for a more open and modern workspace. The introduction of new lighting and meticulous mechanical duct works improved functionality and aesthetics.

Undercoft, Bike Store

Below ground, the undercroft bike store emerged as a forward-thinking addition, complete with fresh flooring, decor enhancements, a bike racking system, and the stylish touch of cedar slatted walls. Not to be outdone, the exterior received a facelift, with decorative updates to the front gates and the installation of new acrylic signage, creating a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere.
