Project Complete: Langhedge Lane Redevelopment

We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of the Langhedge Lane redevelopment project, marking another major milestone in our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, modern industrial spaces.

Following the earlier completion of Units 7–17, this latest phase focused on the refurbishment of Units 1–6, 11, and 18–19, encompassing around 31,000 sq ft of upgraded industrial accommodation.

Working alongside our valued partners at Woodfellows LLP, we’ve transformed these units through an extensive programme of works, including:

  • Full internal and external strip-out

  • New composite roof sheeting — including safe asbestos removal on Units 1–6 — and a full roof coating to Units 18–19

  • New composite cladding for a clean, modern aesthetic

  • Comprehensive M&E upgrades featuring energy-efficient LED lighting

  • Installation of new sanitaryware, uPVC windows, and aluminium entrance doors

  • Replacement roller shutters

  • Warehouse floors painted and sealed

  • Complete internal redecoration

  • Full tarmac resurfacing, ACO drainage, and new kerbing across the estate

This redevelopment represents a significant investment in the Langhedge Lane site, ensuring it continues to meet the standards expected by today’s industrial and commercial occupiers.
